After you've placed your order, you will receive two emails: one confirmation of your order, and the second one when we've dispatched it including your tracking code. Just click on this link and you'll be redirected to the carrier's website with all information on your package current's whereabouts!
We're sorry, babes. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel any order once you've placed it. If you do not want to keep your items, you can return your package by following the steps on the returns page.
Sorry to hear that this has happened, babe! You can email us as soon as you find out that this happened and we can still try to change it if the order hasn't been dispatched.
However, when the package has already been sent and delivered to this wrong address and then returned to us, we won't cover the shipping costs again and will ask you to pay the new shipping costs. Please reach out to us via email and we'll help you out! :)
Of course, babe! You are always able to return your items as long as the items are full-priced (without discounts) and you do it within 14 days after you've received your package (according to your tracking code).
Unfortunately, once these 14 days have passed, we cannot accept your return anymore and will have to send it back on your costs.
Please note that there is a distinction between items from the newest collections and (final) SALE, so please read carefully before returning your order.

If you have placed an order and have received a wrong item or size from us, please download our Returns Form on the Returns page, write down that we sent you the wrong item(s) and return the package within 14 days of receiving your order.
In this case, we will refund you the costs of the returned item + the return costs. We are very sorry if this has happened to you and hope you can forgive us!
